The CIP cleaning system is an essential equipment for ensuring the hygiene and food safety of IQF freezers.

How does a CIP cleaning system work?

The CIP cleaning system includes: the main station, control system, water supply system, piping and nozzles inside the freezer. The freezer will automatically complete the cleaning process, saving a significant amount of time and labor. 

The main station performs cleaning operations such as spraying detergent foam, rinsing with tap water, and spraying with sanitizing solution on the internal structure of the IQF. In addition, we provide manual cleaning water guns for supplemental cleaning of critical areas or areas with high levels of residue.

With an automatic CIP cleaning system, what you have to do is press the button on the HMI of the freezer, your freezer will clean it by itself automatically.
