Our spiral oven is provided to a leading cooked marinated chicken supplier in Shandong province. The freezing capacity is 1200kg/hr of the cooked marinated chicken. The cooking program can be changed with different proportions of steam and dry air. The temperature can also be changed. The core temperature of the whole chicken after cooking is above 85 degrees. The spiral oven has increased the customerโs production capacity significantly compared to their existing static steam chambers.
The spiral freezer is very efficient in freezing bone-in meat products, such as drumsticks, chicken wings, pork ribs, etc. It only takes around 18 to 25 minutes to cook these products. By setting the proper temperature, air flow, and humidity inside the oven, the oven not only fully cooks the products with tasty flavor, but also gives a nice brown color to the product, and increases the sale value of the products.
The spiral oven can also cook the formed products, including chicken nuggets, fish nuggets, bacon rolls, etc. The spiral oven can also work with a fryer, which flash-fries the nuggets and gives a crispy and golden-colored crust before the nuggets enter the spiral oven to be fully cooked. The spiral oven has a mesh belt width of 600 mm or 1000mm, it can be easily integrated into the automatically formed product production line.
