Square Technology Group won the first prize of the Technology Progress Award.

Recently, the project “Key Technology and Equipment for the Production of Frozen Chinese pastries,” jointly completed by Square Technology Group, Jiangnan University, Zhengzhou Light Industry University, Sinian Food Company, and Sanquan Food Company, was awarded the first prize in the Science and Technology Progress category at the 2024 China Light Industry Association Science and Technology Awards. This prestigious honor was recognized at the China food innovation events in 2024.

The award-winning project, led by the Research Institute team, focused on innovating core components and structures to develop high-performance quick-frozen equipment. This innovation allowed for the seamless integration of quick-frozen equipment with the production technology for Chinese pastries, resulting in significant energy savings, reduced consumption, and improved food quality. The project ultimately provided top-of-the-line equipment to ensure the production of high-quality Chinese pastry products.

This award highlights the Square’s strength in realizing research achievement transformation and implementation. The innovative achievements have successfully filled the gap in the domestic food industry and have provided substantial support for technological advancements and intelligent control within the sector.
