Continuous Fryer
Square’s continuous immersion fryer efficiently fries various meat products, employing a centrifugal pump to circulate cooking oil from outfeed to infeed.
Precise PID control maintains cooking oil temperature within +/-1โ, heating it via a thermal oil-operated tube heat exchanger.
Products progress from a feeding conveyor to a Teflon belt, forming a crust, and finish frying on a stainless steel belt. A scraper conveyor continuously removes sediment and residues.

Product Conveying System
The direction of the products is the same as cooking oil, which ensures that the products are arranged in order.

Lateral Sediment Scraper(Optional)
For fryer with Teflon belts, the lateral sediment scraper is positioned in the middle of the fryer between the main belt and the Teflon belt.
The lateral sediment scraper removes the sediments from the bottom of the fryer before the longitudinal scraper and keeps the oil clean.
The horizontal slag scraping system brings the slag falling on the bottom out of the fryer prior to the vertical slag scraping system, which reduces the residence time of the slag in the fryer and relieves the burden of the vertical slag scraping system.
Scraping and Filtering
Filter mesh fineness up to 400 microns.
The scraper removes the slags that are filtered by the stainless steel mesh out of the fryer.

The Teflon belt is chain-driven and durable. The individual Teflon modules can be replaced quickly without replacing the whole belt.
Oil Level Control System
Float level switch: when the actual oil level is lower than the set oil level, new oil will be filled to the oil tank until the set oil level is reached.

Extensive Experience in Applications
Tempura (fried shrimp)
A continuous fryer can fully cook the Tempura in 6 to 8 minutes, with capacity ranging from 500kg to 1500kg/hour. We have provided fryers to shrimp processors in China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Chicken nuggets
The continuous fryer is mostly used to flush fry the chicken nuggets to form a crispy and gold-colored crust before the nuggets enter the continuous oven to further cook the inside of the nuggets. The advantage of the combination of flash-fry in the fryer and further cooking in the spiral oven is that it can give a beautiful gold color to the nugget, and make sure the nugget is fully cooked without scorching(over-frying) the nugget surface.
Meatballs and fish nuggets
The continuous fryer can also fry the meatballs and fish nuggets in either flash frying or complete frying mode. The capacity can be from 500kg/hr to 3000kg/hr. The oil will be constantly filtered to extend the oilโs life.
