Frozen Corn in Jilin Luluxue Food

Square Technology has supplied a large fluidized bed IQF to a leading frozen corn processor in Jilin province. Capable of freezing up to 6 tons/hr of cooked corn from 70°C to -18°C, the IQF freezer is designed to operate continuously for at least 5 days without defrosting interruptions. To meet this requirement, a sequential defrosting system is integrated into the fluidized bed IQF freezer. Each coil is isolated from others, and equipped with shutters and heated drip pans. While one coil undergoes defrosting with hot gas, others remain in freezing mode. Additionally, a CIP system is provided to automatically wash and sterilize the IQF freezer.
