Shandong Zhiyan Food Co., Ltd ordered our company’s croissant-proofing and freezing equipment in 2019 to produce pre-proofed and unfermented products. Its capacity can reach 52000pcs/h, which is the largest in China.
The drum diameter of the spiral proofer is up to 5m, the height of the equipment is up to 7.8m, and the belt length is more than 1500m.
The proofing time reaches 2h, and the proofing is divided into three temperature and humidity intervals for control to ensure the product’s proofing quality.
The drum diameter of the spiral freezer is up to 5m, the height of the equipment is up to 4.8m, and the belt length is more than 500m. It’s equipped with a Japanese-imported double-stage compressor unit.
The evaporator has a sequential defrosting system to ensure continuous production without reducing efficiency due to frost blockage.
In addition, this factory also purchased our cold storage, refrigeration system, and 6 sets of spiral freezers to produce egg tart crust, doughnuts, shortbread, tart sticks, and other products.
