Rail design

VFD Control and Easy Adjustment
The duration time can be easily adjusted for product varieties, as proofing time varies as per different products. Easily adjustable with multiple speed settings, effectively controlling the production time of products in the proofing device.
PID control
Using an airflow regulation device and PID loop resistance/capacitance humidity controller, the air is continuously circulated up and down through a centrifugal fan and heat exchanger to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the insulation enclosure. Humidity control accuracy can be controlled within ±3%, temperature of ±2℃.

Bakeries
The continuous proofer is very suitable for the mass production of traditional Western bakery products, particularly croissants, burger buns, and toast loaves. The most common production rate of these products is between 20,000 to 60,000 pcs per hour.
Chinese Pastries
Square continuous proofers are not only suitable for Western-style pastry products but also suitable for the proofing of Chinese pastries, including Baozi, Steamed buns, etc. Square has provided continuous proofer to Sanquan Group, the top three frozen Chinese pastry producers. The proofer can proof over 30,000 Baozi or 28,000 Steamed buns per hour. It is the first time that a continuous proofer has been used in Chinese pastries. The customer is very satisfied with the result and actual output of Square’s continuous proofer.
