Spiral Freezer And Conveyor Line For Ready Meal Plant In Europe

The Square Technology Installation crew just finished a complete ready meal production line , which is comprised of the spiral IQF freezer, spiral cooler, conveyor line, automatic scale, metal detectors, etc. The freezing capacity is 1500 kg/hr ready meals. All equipment involved in this project are CE certified, including the pressure vessels, which is certified with PED, the EU’s compulsory pressure vessel standard. The project was taken place in Europe, and took 2 months of installation and commissioning. The customer is very satisfied with end product. We delivered and installed the equipment despite all difficulties under the Covid pandemic.Thanks for all the supports from our client. Salute to our team.
