Shandong Zhiyan Food Co., Ltd ordered our company\u2019s croissant-proofing and freezing equipment in 2019 to produce pre-proofed and unfermented products. Its capacity can reach 52000pcs\/h, which is the largest in China.<\/p>\n

The drum diameter of the spiral proofer is up to 5m, the height of the equipment is up to 7.8m, and the belt length is more than 1500m. <\/p>\n

The proofing time reaches 2h, and the proofing is divided into three temperature and humidity intervals for control to ensure the product\u2019s proofing quality.<\/p>\n
