WEDOME, 2019 yılında Tianjin'deki yeni fabrikasına, dondurulmuş kruvasan hamurunu önceden prova etmek için saatte 50.000 kapasiteli yeni bir kruvasan üretim hattı ekledi.

Çözüm

Bu proje, büyük zorluklar içeren ilk yerli ön provalı dondurulmuş hamur projesidir. Square Technology ve Intralox of theUnited States, bu projede doğrudan tahrik teknolojisini mükemmel bir şekilde kullanmak için birlikte çalışmaktadır.

Mühendislik ve uygulama ekibimiz, kruvasan hamuru için 50.000 adede kadar dondurma kapasitesine sahip dondurma için bir adet tek tamburlu DDS spiral dondurucu ve prova için dört tamburlu DDS spiral dondurucuyu özel olarak hazırladı, kurdu ve devreye aldı.

Projede 817 mm genişliğinde paslanmaz çelikten bir konveyör bandı bulunuyor ve toplam uzunluğu beş döner tambur etrafında 2000 m ve toplam 74 bağlayıcıdan oluşuyor.

Taze hamur +25 santigrat derecede spiral proofer'a girer ve 35 santigrat derece sıcaklıkta çıkar. Daha sonra -18 santigrat derece sıcaklıkta spiral dondurucuya girer.

The diameter of all the spiral drum reaches 5m. The temperature of spiralproofer is controlled at 33°C+1 and the humidity is controlled at 80%6+1.5%.

The spiralfreezerdesign can not only deal with the pre-proofed produucts and can also handle the unproofed products. It can flexiblyadjust the outfeed temperature and to fulfill customer’s diversified demands.
