ITACI SRL is a well-established food manufacturer specializing in high-quality, artisanal dumplings and Chinese pastries based in Ancona, Italy. The company is very strict on product quality and aims to be the best quality in Europe. They only use fresh meat and vegetables grown by themselves to make the dumplings. Such an approach made them win the Industria Felix Award three times in Italy which is enough to justify their position in the industry.

The company has seen significant growth in demand due to its fresh recipes and commitment to quality. To keep up with increasing production capacity and maintain product quality, ITACI SRL required an efficient solution for freezing its dumplings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n

ITACI SRL faced several challenges with its existing freezing process:<\/h2>

Inconsistent Freezing Quality: The previous freezing method resulted in uneven freezing, leading to variability in product quality. Some dumplings were not frozen quickly enough, affecting their texture and flavor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Insufficient Production: The old freezing equipment had limited capacity and could not keep up with the increased production demand. This led to delays in the production line, impacting overall efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

High Energy Costs: The outdated freezer system consumed a significant amount of energy, contributing to high operational costs and environmental concerns.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n

To address these challenges, ITACI SRL partnered with Square Technology Group, a leading provider of industrial freezers.<\/h2>

Solution<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Square team worked out a customized freezer solution to meet the production capacity: a 700kg\/h spiral IQF freezer and Refrigeration System with Bitzer Compressor using Freon.
\n<\/p>\n

\nSpiral IQF freezer features a compact footprint, higher freezing efficiency, and lower electricity consumption. The Freon system is much easier to control and safe.
\n<\/p>\n

\nThe control system for the spiral freezer and refrigeration system is highly automatic with PLC and HMI, with system monitoring, remote monitoring and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

Square made a one-bottom system which can save one labor in the compressor side.
\nMeanwhile, due to the factory is close to the sea. <\/p>\n

Square made high-quality stainless evaporative condenser for ITACI to ensure long-life running.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n
