Se produce un cambio en la elevaci\u00f3n del transportador, las part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas comienzan a actuar como un fluido al quedar sumergidas en el aire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A medida que el producto se mueve en el lecho fluidizado, entra en buen contacto con el aire, se produce una excelente transferencia de calor entre el aire y el producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se pueden alcanzar coeficientes de transferencia de calor por convecci\u00f3n de entre 30 y 60 w\/m2k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El producto permanece separado durante la congelaci\u00f3n, ya que cada part\u00edcula se levanta de la cinta y da vueltas en el aire. Se congela mientras permanece separado de las part\u00edculas vecinas. Las part\u00edculas se congelan de forma individual, y lo llamamos IQF. Coeficiente de transferencia de calor convectivo entre 30-60w\/m sq.k.Los productos permanecen separados durante la congelaci\u00f3n. M\u00ednima p\u00e9rdida de agua del producto, y alta calidad del producto. Gran capacidad de congelaci\u00f3n de hasta 6 toneladas\/h.Tama\u00f1o del equipo relativamente peque\u00f1o en comparaci\u00f3n con su capacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El vibrador de impulsos agita la cinta para evitar que los productos se peguen a ella. La primera es una secci\u00f3n de fluidizaci\u00f3n en la que el chorro de aire es lo suficientemente fuerte como para levantar el producto. El objetivo de esta secci\u00f3n es congelar r\u00e1pidamente la superficie de las part\u00edculas individuales para formar una costra y evitar la adherencia. La r\u00e1pida formaci\u00f3n de una costra congelada tambi\u00e9n reduce la p\u00e9rdida de humedad. El interior de la part\u00edcula sigue sin congelarse.
