Since 2019, Australis Seafood has become part of Joyvio Food (China), a world leader in the modern agricultural and food industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Australis Seafood was building a new processing plant in Puerto Natales to expand its production of salmon products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the first stage, they need a spiral freezer to freeze Head-on-Gutted (HOG) salmon to export industrial customers, who will further process the salmon into different products. The capacity is <b>6000kg\/h<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"570\" height=\"570\" src=\"https:\/\/en.ntsquare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1.png\" alt=\"Image\" class=\"wp-image-1446\" srcset=\"https:\/\/en.ntsquare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1.png 570w, https:\/\/en.ntsquare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Spiral Freezer of 6000kg\/h for Whole Salmon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Solution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To provide a suitable spiral freezer that meets the customer\u2019s demands, application engineers worked closely with the customer before providing a final solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The engineering and application team devised a solution for a 6000kg\/h spiral freezer for whole salmon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V-Support Belt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unlike the commonly designed low-tension spiral freezer, this project features a Stainless Belt of 1220mm wide, with a V-support on the belt to hold the whole salmon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heavy duty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The supporting structure of the spiral tower is made of open Stainless Steel channels, ensuring the strength of the whole tower with a full load of products (21 tons).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Easy cleaning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Stainless Steel channels provide access to cleaning the corners of the tunnels, making the tunnel clean and hygienic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some Photos of On-site Construction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Case Show<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Got a new project?
